What a pleasure to welcome you to the Galerie des Ateliers de Paris for the launch of the Kawayama collection. A range of contemporary furniture pieces and art pieces that transposes the Japanese tatami into the world of minimalist interior decoration.
During Maison & Objet 2018, I was invited to present the Kawayama project alongside Mitsuru Yokoyama with whom I collaborated. You can now watch the conference entitled Paris-Kyoto : The Experience of Design and Know-How, and hosted by Sylvie Adigard.
The table and stools from the Kawayama collection are part of the Innovation Beyond Space and Time exhibition at the Blancs Manteaux Gallery in Paris. A selection of creations highlighting Japanese know-how in an innovative and remarkable way.
The bowl from the Chim Collection was selected to be part of the exhibition Le Paris des Talents at the Paris City Hall.
